- Developed and executed research plans for 20+ studies resulting in 4 conference presentations, 2 publications, and several manuscripts in preparation.

- Conducted quantitative analyses using t-tests, ANOVA, regression, factor analysis, latent profile analysis, and multi-level models in R, SAS, HLM, & SPSS.

Collaborated across multiple teams to produce research reports for partners. Conducted qualitative research to assess child abuse reduction, veteran program use, and program evaluation/improvement. Led development of qualitative coding schemes using open coding, theme consolidation, and category synthesis/refinement.
- Qualitative coding of over 10,000 notes from family advocacy home visitors and conducted phone and in person interviews with home visitors.
- Evaluated websites to identify and assess components of programs used by veterans as they exit service.
- Improved ticketing system for managing external requests by cleaning and reorganizing database.
- Collaborated with external partners to improve data automation and reduced required formulas by over 60%.
- Contributed to writing 6 reports to funders.
